Team Bonding in Full Color: Our Creative Day at AR Workshop Ankeny

At Foot and Ankle Center of Iowa, we believe that a strong, connected team is the heart of exceptional patient care. That’s why we prioritize time to step away from the clinic, have fun, and grow together outside of our daily routines.

Recently, we spent the afternoon at AR Workshop in Ankeny for a team outing that brought out our creative sides—and let’s just say, we’ve got some serious hidden talent in the studio! From hand-painted signs to customized pillows and home décor, each team member had the chance to design a unique project (yes—even the guys jumped in with brushes in hand and smiles on their faces!). It was a refreshing way to unwind, laugh together, and make something beautiful. As always, our team brought the same energy and teamwork that we bring to caring for our patients every day.

These moments of fun and connection are what keep our culture strong. We’re more than a group of professionals—we’re a team that supports one another, celebrates creativity, and truly enjoys the work we do and the people we do it with.
