Dr. Mindi Dayton, ABFAS Foot and Reconstructive Rearfoot & Ankle Certified Surgeon, recently participated in the LEAD: Longitudinal Education and Assessment for Diplomates question writing and question review session of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Dayton is an active volunteer for the organization which credentials foot and ankle surgeons.

The continuous certification process promotes continuous, lifelong learning and assists the public and other stakeholders in feeling confident in the knowledge of ABFAS diplomate surgeons. The intensive question writing and review process ensures that diplomates are being asked relevant and important information that supports their continued certification.
