Both Drs. Dayton continually work to support and advance the practice of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Mindi Dayton represented the podiatrists of the state of Iowa and across the country during the APMA House of Delegates (HOD). The HOD was held virtually this year, but that didn’t affect the great work and policy creation that was done to continue to lead the profession forward and guide the APMA Board of Trustees in their on-going mission to advocate for Podiatric Physicians & Surgeons.

Dr. Paul Dayton was recently in the cadaver lab with other top surgeons and innovators on Research and Development to continue to refine and advance Lapiplasty 3D Bunion Correction techniques. Continued innovation and refinement is imperative to provide solutions so that surgeons across the country can provide their patients with the most reproducible and reliable bunion correction results possible.
